Mind and Move

This year, our school was privileged to serve as a pilot school for the Mind and Move programme—an innovative, movement-based mental wellbeing initiative founded by legendary Hong Kong Olympians Miss Stephanie Au, Miss Camille Cheng, and Miss Jamie Yeung. Designed specifically for youth, this unique programme masterfully blends physical movement with powerful mental wellness tools.


Over the course of six transformative sessions, our students embarked on a holistic journey of self-discovery. From the disciplined focus of yin-yang boxing and the calming rhythm of mindful breathing, to peaceful mindful walks in the park, our students stepped out of the traditional classroom and into a space of tranquillity. Through these immersive experiences, they learned practical, life-long coping strategies to stay grounded, manage stress, and live mindfully in the present moment.


We are incredibly proud of our students' active participation and look forward to seeing them carry these valuable wellness tools into their daily lives!
