Digi-Science Video Production Competition for Hong Kong Secondary School 2022-2023

A team of three talented Chemistry students from 4B, So Yuk Yat, Lau Ching Viny and Lai Tsin Tung, participated in the "Digi-Science Video Production Competition for Hong Kong Secondary School 2022-2023" organized by The Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification (HKCTC) and The Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education. The theme of the contest was "Food Testing", and participating teams had to produce a two-minute video depicting innovative testing experiments. Our students produced a video showing how to identify the concentration of nitrite (a carcinogenic substance) in processed meat. We are proud to announce that the team won the second runner-up position!
